The 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. It varies by product and supplier, as large structures use carrier rates.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and supplier. Check the product page for its details, or contact us for an estimate for a specific piece.

Do I have to assemble it myself?

Assembly details are on each product page. If you're unsure about fit or assembly, send us your measurements and a photo of the area and we'll reply within one business day.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on eligible pieces. Approved non-defective returns carry a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are handled differently — contact us first so we can arrange the return at no cost. See the full Return and Refund Policy for details.
